Swim stud starting up new photo album for 2013!
TMZ is reporting that swim hottie Michael Phelps has broken up with current squeeze Megan Rossee.
According to Harvey Levin's rambunctious cub reporters, Phelps felt the relationship "wasn't going anywhere", so he decided to end it so he could pursue other options.
