What is possibly the world’s greatest rock band keeps rolling on.
Of course, I am referring to the legendary Rolling Stones!
Handlers for the mop-top four acknowledged on Monday that the sometimes-Satanic musical wonders intend to launch a tour on November 25th at London’s O2 Arena.
Much-anticipated gigs will follow December 13th and 15th at the Prudential Center in Newark and New Jersey respectively.
When quizzed about the opening venues, rubber-lipped Pop Icon Mick Jagger was quick on the uptake.
“Everybody loves a celebration and London and New York are two good places to do it in.”
Undoubtedly, the Stones will delight packed houses with a bevy of their old-time hits, such as “I Can’t Get No Satisfaction”, “Street Fighting Man”, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want,” and “Sympathy for theDevil” (my favorite).
Fans can expect performances on stage featuring tunes from the GRRR greatest hits collection that is due out for release in November as well.
A spanking new state-of-the-art set – replete with dazzling surprise special effects – is expected to wow fans.
Stay posted for updates.
