Fashionistas are gearing up for a fabulous weekend at the annual Los Angeles Fashion Week celebrations (one of the highlights of the fall season).
Over the next few days, there will be a whirlwind of chic parties, dazzling runway shows, and red carpet events to attend.
I am personally looking forward to Fashion Minga which is slated to kick-off at the historic Los Angeles Exchange Building in downtown Los Angeles tomorrow night on Spring Street.
A posse of celebrities (social climbers, too) – and high-profile talented designers – are expected to turn out in the red carpet room and rub shoulders with the town’s power-elite in the rag industry!
Other events garnering attention include: the official launch party on Thursday October 18th; the stylish swimwear (and eye-catching beach attire) runway shows on Friday, October 19th (with an opening performance by Midnight Red); Saturday designer unveilings by Flynn Skye, Black Hearts Brigade, and Parides (with an opening performance by Hannah Alter); and an what is expected to be an exquisite Menswear fashion evemt on Sunday featuring Anthony Franco, Dina Bar-el, and Nathanelle Couture.
I plan to attend all the runway shows and chat up all the stylish guests that turn out once again this year.
See 'ya there, eh?
