The other evening when I was exiting the premiere of “Masquerade” at LACMA – starring Lee Byung-hun – one of the handlers for the event handed me a chic black envelope with the name of the movie etched across its face.
Inside, I was delighted to spy a couple of coupons to patronize a couple of local businesses in Los Angeles County that feature Korean cuisine.
The one for bibigo was offering up a free hot stone rice dish!
Yesterday afternoon, I popped into the chic little eatery at 225 South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills and management made good on the coupon ($10.00 offer).
The hot stone rice bowl they rustled up arrived in a piping-hot container and was chock full of delicious slices of perfectly-cooked chicken slices, a tasty array of in-season vegetables, and – of course – a yummy mix of white and brown rice which I ceremoniously topped with sesame seed oil.
What a scrumptious lunch it turned out to be!
Hannah – my server – was a charmer, too.
Service with a smile, alright!
The décor was quite classy – soothing and relaxing to the soul – you betcha.
I highly recommend bibigo and its full menu consisting of Koran fine cuisine.
Enjoy!
