My stomach turned the other morning when I spied sandwich-makers at the Pavilions take-out counter engaging in dirty habits that may be injurious to the public health.
For example, after a female employee slipped on plastic gloves and began "building" a sandwich for a customer, she turned away at one point and proceeded to cough into her hand.
Without batting-an-eye, she continued to prepare the sandwich, and never even bothering to change her gloves!
Yuck!
Nearby, a male server (also preparing a breakfast sandwich for a customer) rubbed his runny nose - and likewise - didn't bother to take proper precautions afterwards.
Uh-huh!
He neglected to change his gloves, too!
Obviously, employees at Pavilions haven't been properly trained, especially when it comes to the potential hazards involved with unhygienic habits in the workplace.
It's doubtful I'll purchase another "hand-made" sandwich at the counter at Pavilions ever again!
